Dont buy MTS Dongle & from The Mobile Stores

MTS

1. MTS customer care and after sales services are the worst that could be seen in any under developed country. Why:

• I have bought an MTS Ultra Mblaze WiFi Dongle two days ago for Rsa.1750/- for urgent business matter in Kolkata, since my Tata dongle was giving some trouble.
• I had submitted all my documents.
• They were supposed to have activated my connections within 24 hours. 
• Today after several tries (because the number mentioned on the box goes to Lava phone company who very politely gives you another number for MTS) when I could talk to MTS, they said that they have not received my documents.
• The contact person of MTS, who gave his n umber, also is not taking his calls.

My rating for MTS  MINUS ONE STAR. 

If you want peaceful customer care, go for other more professional company. NEVER BUY AN MTS DONGLE. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY SERVICE. AND THEY WILL TAKE DAYS TO ACTIVATE YOUR CONNECTION.

THE MOBILE STORES:

The Mobile stores is also an All India chain of mobile phone stores. I bought the MTS Dongle from them. They are also not aware of what was happening and why MTS did not receive my documents. But they cannot be pardoned for not knowing. If they are selling a product , they are equally responsible for customer service. 

Please avoid both 'The Mobile Stores' and 'MTS Dongle' . Dont buy from them. They are jointly inefficient.
